Thieves steal $900 from stand at sports complex



Police are investigating a break-in at a concession stand at the Joplin Athletic Complex, 3301 W. First St., in which $900 was stolen.

Sgt. Chad Allison said the money was stolen sometime between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m. Wednesday. Entry is believed to have been gained through a window of the building, he said.
