Marionville man hurt in accident in Barry County

A Marionville man suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle accident at 11:14 a.m. Monday on U.S. Highway 60, two miles east of Monett in Barry County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Weylin A. Click, 20, was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital Springfield, the state patrol said.

Click was driving an eastbound sport utility vehicle that ran off the road, overturned and struck a fence, the patrol said.

• A resident of Republic was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 6:40 a.m. Monday on Missouri Highway 248, two miles west of Wheelerville in Barry County, the state patrol said.

Steven F. Robinson, 57, was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital Springfield, the patrol said.

Robinson was driving a westbound U.S. Postal Service truck that ran off the roadway and overturned, the patrol said.
