An Alba resident is facing a felony theft charge in connection with a shoplifting incident Wednesday at the Macy’s women’s store in Northpark Mall in Joplin.
Lt. Brian Lewis of the Joplin Police Department said store employees detained Lisa M. Fichtner, 42, when she allegedly tried to leave the business without paying for a wallet, two purses and a coat worth a total of $657.
