Hagensieker was driving a westbound vehicle that ran off the street and struck a utility pole, the report said.

• Both drivers suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 5:45 p.m. Sunday on Missouri Highway 86, five miles east of Neosho in Newton County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Jennifer A. Childers, 40, of Neosho, was taken by ambulance to Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, and Daniel L. Norris, 26, of Exeter, was taken to Cox Monett Hospital, the state patrol said.

Both drivers were eastbound when Childers attempted to make a left turn, and Norris’ car ran into her pickup truck from behind, the patrol said.
