Suspects named in Parsons robbery

PARSONS, Kan. — Authorities have released the names of two suspects in a robbery Friday morning in Kansas who were taken into custody two hours later in downtown Joplin.

Parsons police said Kevin Quinn, 26, of Parsons, and Deashton “D.D.” Wilson, 20, of Rayville, La., remain in custody at the Jasper County Jail in Carthage on warrants charging them with aggravated robbery of a woman outside the Community National Bank & Trust in Parsons.

They were being held on $100,000 bonds pending scheduled appearances Tuesday in Jasper County Circuit Court. Charges also are being sought against them in Kansas for theft, battery and property damage.
