A Diamond man was injured in a motorcycle accident at 9:10 a.m. Thursday on Jaguar Road, two miles south of Joplin in Newton County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Steven D. Julian, 57, was taken by ambulance to Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, the state patrol said.
Julian was riding a northbound motorcycle that ran off the road and overturned, throwing him from the bike, the patrol said.
• Two people were injured in a single-vehicle accident at 6:35 p.m. Wednesday on Missouri Highway 90, a mile west of Jane in McDonald County, the state patrol said.
The driver of the vehicle, Samuel C. Floyd, 29, of Bella Vista, Ark., and his passenger, Heather A. Heizman, 23, of Neosho, were taken to Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, the patrol said.
Their westbound pickup truck ran off the road and overturned, the patrol said.
• Two residents of Sarcoxie were injured in a two-vehicle accident at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday on Missouri Highway 37, three miles west of Sarcoxie in Jasper County, the state patrol said.
Linda M. Garber, 57, and Randall D. Neumeyer, 47, were taken to Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, the patrol said.
Garber was a passenger in a westbound car driven by Diane M. Hill, 60, of Sarcoxie, who was slowing to make a left turn when Neumeyer’s westbound car collided with Hill’s car, the patrol said.
• A Noel woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday on Missouri Highway 59 in Lanagan, the state patrol said.
Ashley N. White, 23, was taken to Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, the patrol said.
White was driving a southbound car that ran off the road and struck a ditch when she experienced a medical issue, the patrol said.
