Five books of scratch-off tickets worth $300 each were stolen from the Kum & Go convenience store at 2202 S. Range Line Road sometime between 10 p.m. Thursday and 12:55 p.m. Friday, according to a police report.

Cpl. Chuck Niess said Monday that winning tickets from those books were cashed at various locations in the Joplin area over the weekend.
