A Seneca man is facing a charge of felony domestic assault related to a disturbance Wednesday night in Joplin.
Joplin police Cpl. Chuck Niess said officers were called at 8:45 p.m. to a home on East Whitney Way where Tiffany D. Eby, 25, told them that her boyfriend had choked her to the point she could not breathe during an argument.
Clayton Driskill, 27, was arrested and later charged with second-degree domestic assault. Eby did not require immediate medical attention as a consequence of the alleged assault, Niess said.
