Shell Knob woman hurt in accident north of Jenkins

A Shell Knob resident was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 6:15 p.m. Thursday on Missouri Highway 39, two miles north of Jenkins in Barry County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Kristi L. Moore, 49, was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital Aurora, the state patrol said.

Moore was driving a northbound car that ran off the road and struck a fence and several trees, the patrol said.
