Ducommun added to Russell 2000 Index

JOPLIN, Mo. — Ducommun Inc., parent company of LaBarge, announced recently that it has been added to the Russell 2000 Index.

Anthony Reardon, chairman, president and chief executive officer, said in a statement: “We continue to focus on sustainable long-term growth, margin expansion and free cash flow generation with a view to strengthening our balance sheet and long-term fundamentals. We welcome the opportunity to attract a broader audience of investors to our vision, our value and our potential.”

The Russell 2000 Index measures the performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe. The Russell 2000 is a subset of the Russell 3000 Index representing approximately 10 percent of the total market capitalization of that index. It includes 2000 of the smallest securities based on a combination of their market cap and current index membership.
