Home Builders annual Joplin show begins Friday

JOPLIN, Mo. — The Home Builders of Southwest Missouri will open their HBA Home Show 2013 at 10 a.m. Friday at the Joplin Convention Center, 3615 South Range Line Road. The event continues Saturday and Sunday.

More than 100 exhibitors will be present.

“We expect the most informative and well attended show yet,” Crystal Harrington, executive  officer for the association, said in making the announcement. “With over 27 years of experience behind us, the HBA Home Show is the premiere trade show in Southwest Missouri.”

Visitors will have an opportunity to see the latest products and services in the building industry.

“Many exhibitors feature show specials, so if building a home is in your future — this is the time to start your shopping,” Harrington added.

The cost is $5 per person. Seniors get in for $3 on Friday only.

Children Under 12 Free

The show runs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
