Arvest announces key staff changes

— Arvest Bank has announced a number of promotions.

BRENNA STAPLES and JESSICA ADKINS will serve as branch managers at Carthage locations.

Staples attended Missouri Southern State University and has eight years of banking experience. Adkins attended Missouri Valley College and has five years of banking experience.

CARMEN WILLIAMS will serve as branch manager in Nevada. She graduated from MSSU and has four years of experience as a branch manager.

CARRIE MARTIN has joined the bank as branch manager at Arvest’s new Range Line Road location in Joplin. She attended Crowder College and MSSU, and has nine years of banking experience.

JENNIFER OELTJEN will be branch manager in Lockwood. She has 14 years of banking experience.

BRANDI FRAZIER will serve as branch manager in Pittsburg, Kan. She attended MSSU and has more than five years of banking experience.

TINA FELDER will serve as branch manager in Monett. She has a degree in management and marketing from MSSU and has more than six years of banking experience.

As branch managers, they will be responsible for leadership and direction in providing customer service and focus on sales, performance, growth and business development, Arvest said.

JOHN KLEIBOEKER will work with agriculture and commercial lending as well as business development in Monett. He attended the University of Missouri in Columbia and has more than two years of banking experience.

ADAM MAGGARD will be a new community bank lender for Arvest, responsible for small-business and consumer real estate loans. He has 11 years of banking experience, including 10 years with Arvest, previously serving as financial services representative, assistant manager, manager and credit analyst. He has a degree in business administration from MSSU.

RAY TUBAUGH, senior vice president and team leader for commercial banking, has accepted a new position with Arvest and will now serve as regional loan manager. He will be located at the Carthage branch and will oversee loan portfolio functions of growth, administration and quality for Pittsburg, Nevada and Lockwood.

He has more than 30 years of banking experience with an extensive background in commercial and agricultural lending, and sales experience in all commercial product lines as well as trust services. He has a degree from Missouri State University in Springfield in agriculture business/finance.
