Elizabeth (Beth) Ann Kane Tippey, 62, formerly of Baxter Springs, Kan., passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2012. She was a retired Western Waterproofing.
Memorial services were Friday at Farmer Funeral Chapel, Buhl, Idaho.
