JOPLIN, Mo. — JOPLIN, Mo. - Fred E. Vickers, Jr., 66, passed away Friday, Nov. 16, 2012. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mason-Woodard Chapel. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
