David Noah Heaser, 80, owner of Neosho Charcoal Plant, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Canera Catholic Church. Visitation will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
