DAYTON, OHIO — Marcia S. Cooper, 28, formerly of Chetopa, Kan., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, Chetopa. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
