Chloe Elizabeth Jensen, infant triplet daughter of Justin and Jessica Jensen, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012.
Graveside services will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Oronogo Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hedge-Lewis Funeral Home, Webb City, Mo.
