Joan Delea Andrews, 55, a former city clerk, passed away Monday, April 30, 2012.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Cassville, Mo. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home, Cassville.
