Thomas O. Cook, 74, a retired supervisor for MODOT, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Konantz-Warden Funeral Home, Lamar. Burial will be in Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
