JOPLIN, Mo. - Thelma Maxine Hobbs, 81, a retired chief operating officer for Allied Engineering, passed away Friday, Feb. 8, 2013.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Visitation will follow the services. Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin.
