Frank L. Perrin, 96, a retired Farmers Insurance Group independent agent, passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2013.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter's Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at Simpson Funeral Home, Webb City, Mo.
