Lynda D. (Peek) Ontiberos, 55, formerly of Cardin, Okla., passed away Monday, Nov. 19, 2012. She was a RN.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at G.A.R. Cemetery, Miami, Okla. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Adcock Funeral Home, Afton, Okla.
