Jake Lester Johnson, 89, a retired Mid Am Dairy employee, passed away Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at New Site Baptist Church, Monett. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home, Monett.
