Roy E. Nugen, 69, a retired union mill wright, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Cayuga Mission Church, Grove. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Family Funeral Home, Grove.
