CARROLLTON, VA — Dr. David Earl Ryder, 71, passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012. Services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, Va. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
