NOEL, Mo. - Martha Jane Billbe, 79, a retired hospital clerk, passed away Friday, March 8, 2013.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Falling Springs Cemetery, Decatur, Ark. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Ozark Funeral Home, Noel.
