JAY, Okla. - Paul Eugene Bowles, 66, a retired school teacher, passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church, Jay. Arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Funeral Home, Southwest City, Mo.
