SOUTHWEST CITY, Mo. — Phyllis J. Ralston, 83, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013. Services will be at 7 p.m. Friday at Ozark Funeral Home, Southwest City. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
