GALENA, KS — Carlos L. Watkins, 77, passed away Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Galena. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Derfelt Funeral Home, Galena.
