AFTON, Okla. - Rick D. Vannoster, 58, an employee of Union Pacific Railroad, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, Parsons, Kan. Burial will be in Ballard Cemetery, Bernice, Okla. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday prior to services.
