BARTLESVILLE, OK —
Roy Shepard Tanquary, 94, a retired railroad clerk, passed away Saturday, Dec. 30, 2012.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Delaware First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Columbus, Kan. Arrangements are under the direction of Benjamin Funeral Service, Nowata, Okla.
