JOPLIN, Mo. - Kenneth Wayne "Kenney" Wheeler, 49, a truck driver, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Parker Mortuary. Burial will be in Osborne Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
