NORTH EAST, Pa. - E.L. Thomas Jr., 83, passed away Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at William D. Elkin Funeral Home, North East, Pa. Burial will be in Grahamville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
