SPRINGDALE, AR —
Dalton James "Outlaw" Bartelli, 21, formerly of Pittsburg, Kan., passed away Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012. He was a former City of Pittsburg employee.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, Pittsburg. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
