Grover Cleveland "Cleve" Franks Jr., 88, a former Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. employee, passed away Monday, Oct. 1, 2012.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Parker Mortuary. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Granby Memorial Cemetery, Granby, Mo.
