Ret. Capt. Howard "Poppy" William Olmsted, 81, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012.
Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Southern Oaks Baptist Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Joplin. Arrangements are under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home, Tyler.
