Billie E. Tandy Wilkins, 77, passed away Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Oak Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be in Burkhart Cemetery, Racine, Mo. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Parker Mortuary, Joplin.
