Bobbie Joe Powell, 71, a roofer, passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Parker Mortuary. Burial will be in Osborne Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary.
