Sandra K. Howard, 69, former owner and operator of Sandra's Beauty Shop, passed away Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fullerton Cemetery, Carthage. Arrangements are under the direction of Ulmer Funeral Home, Carthage.
