Floyd Edward Foster, 87, a retired senior engineer for Teledyne, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Church of Christ, Neosho. Arrangements are under the direction of Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
