CARTHAGE, MO —
Joanne E. Clark, 79, a Precious Moments employee, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ulmer Funeral Home, Carthage. Burial will be in Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira, N.Y. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
