Harvey M. Partain, 58, a Milnot Company employee, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca. Burial will be in Fairland Lutheran Cemetery, Fairland, Okla. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at the the funeral home.
