Two Saudis casually walk across the Mexican border right in front of Homeland Security, the CIA, the FBI and half a dozen other “alphabet” agencies.
They pick up a box truck and leisurely load it with explosives. On the way to their destination they run low on fuel and stop to fill up. One Saudi says to the other, in Arabic, “You know, I don’t understand this crazy American government, they put us up to that 911 mess, just so they could steal the Iraqis’ oil, then bring it here to sell it back to themselves at such a ridiculous price.”
The other Saudi replies, “Shut up, stupid. And speak Spanish, before you blow our cover. That’s Oilqueda, we’re just here for the diversion.”
Shakespeare would have said it more elegantly, “To be an economic hit man or not to be an economic hit man, that is really the question.”
