Since Roe vs. Wade (1973), America has killed, by abortion, more Homo sapiens than Adolf Hitler put to death in the ’30s and ’40s. This country can not go scot-free for that and also being responsible for 100,000 innocent Iraqi civilian deaths since 2003.

This country can not go scot-free for that and also being responsible for 100,000 innocent Iraqi civilian deaths since 2003. It was such a misguided trumped-up, tragic, insane, optional war that will, among other things, cause the demise of the America I love and the grandest experiment in democracy of all time.
Too many people have to die and be ruined physically and mentally for the rest of their lives. The lucky ones are those killed instantly. They won’t have to suffer any more. Not true of the survivors. Be sure to see Phil Donahue’s epic new movie, “Body of War.” It will make you laugh and it will make you cry.
It was an aggressive, optional war on a sovereign nation who had done nothing to us and who we supported through the devil Saddam in his tragic war against Iran. Remember Donald Rumsfeld smiling and shaking hands with him on TV? It was all about oil and Halliburton’s and all the other war profiteers’ obscene crooked profits. Greed for money has flourished in every trumped-up war. When Dwight Eisenhower left office in 1961, he warned us of the mischief perpetrated by the military-industrial complex. The reckoning day may come soon. Who can say that we are not on the brink of a new depression that will make the one of the 1930s look like a paid holiday?
