Suppose I do something wrong, and I quit my job to keep from being fired and/or prosecuted for what I have done. I am out of luck.
The Cecil Floyd Elementary School principal and one of his employees do something (it is being kept a secret), they are allowed to quit, but the principal is still paid big money for leaving his job with the Joplin R-8 School District.
We both quit our jobs. The difference is that he gets paid. I get nothing.
As a taxpayer, most of my taxes go to the R-8 school district. I help pay their salaries whether they work or not, regardless of what they have done. They have no records, aren’t even barred from going to another school district and doing the same thing again.
Justice is not being served.
How could the Board of Education be so stupid as to even think that people who pay the wages will accept this type of behavior?
