Your View: Disappointing

LAMAR, Mo. — Whether one agrees with Obamacare, it is disappointing to see how the Supreme Court voted on this issue. It has always been my understanding that the court makes decisions strictly on the basis of conformance with the Constitution.

In this case, with the exception of Justice John Roberts, it looks suspicious that the decision was made along partisan lines. Justice Roberts stands vindicated in that he did as he said when confirmed that he would not be an activist judge.
