JOPLIN, Mo. —
On Sunday when you open up Tune In, the Globe’s weekly guide to television programming, you will find that we have added several new features.
Many of you have asked us to help you find the more popular cooking and home improvement shows.
On Sunday, you will see that on Page 6 we list the most popular cooking shows and a story of interest. On Page 14, you will find your favorite home and garden programming next to family favorites.
Because our market offers a variety of channel providers, you have also asked us for a more complete TV listing by provider. So now you will find on our prime time grids the channels that your favorite programs are on if you subscribe to Cable One, Dish, DirecTV, Suddenlink, Cox or Mediacom.
We are pleased to be able to add these new features based on your requests. Please note that there are many new advertisers in Tune In as well. They would like your support.
Mike Beatty is president and publisher of The Joplin Globe.
