CARTERVILLE, Mo. —
The irresponsible side of the Missouri Legislature has showed itself again.
The people who claim the merits of fiscal responsibility have accepted the position that your tax money is better spent protecting the bust of Rush Limbaugh — a man who will no doubt go down in history as one of the most divisive and dangerous figures in American politics. Shame on them for tainting the Hall of Famous Missourians. Edwin Hubble, Samuel Clemens, Laura Ingalls Wilder and Scott Joplin are now rolling in their graves.
