We thank all you who seem to know what’s going on and support our mayor.

He took the actions he felt were necessary. Our kids are safe now and for now can walk down their street without fear of a dog attack.

McCune Mayor Don Call is a stand-up guy and has done a lot for McCune, and the people who know that are the only ones that you should listen to.

There are more things that this attention could be focused on, like the homeless, poor folks who can’t heat their house or buy their kids warm clothing, for example.

These are some ideas to focus your time and energy.

Millions of dollars in donations have poured in from around the world since the May 22, 2011, tornado. Those donations represent money from lemonade stands, charity auctions, corporate gifts and celebrity checks, just to name a few. In fact, one year later donations continue to come to Joplin.
