Your View: Return Dunn to office

JOPLIN, Mo. — I volunteered for the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department after the tornado and saw firsthand how well that department is run.

Sheriff Archie Dunn is the finest kind of law enforcement official. His first priority is keeping his officers, staff and residents of Jasper County safe. His experience is extensive and his judgment is excellent. He not only is respected, but also admired by his officers and staff. This is the highest compliment a leader can get.

Jasper County has been fortunate to have Sheriff Dunn as its top law enforcement official, and he should be returned to office.
